The whole policy on one page. It is the same wording that appears on every product page, so there is no small print somewhere else that says something different.
Delivery
Ships from Melbourne within 1-2 business days, Australia-wide. Standard A$9.95, free on orders over A$99.00. Express A$14.95. Spoilers include free road courier delivery, so the price you see is the price you pay; allow 3-7 business days. Other bulky items go by courier at A$34.95 and sit outside the free shipping threshold.
Change of mind: 30 days
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery: unused, in the original packaging, return postage at your cost. We refund to your original payment method once it arrives back.
Faulty or not as described
Australian Consumer Law applies: replacement or refund, your choice under the law's remedies. Email orders@evtide.com.au with a photo and we'll sort it, return postage on us. These rights are not limited by the 30-day change-of-mind window above.
What cannot go back
Anything fitted, cut, or with the adhesive backing removed cannot go back as a change of mind, because it cannot be resold as new. Check the fitment list on the product page before you fit a part; if it is not on the list, email us first and we will check it against the part rather than guess.
How to start a return
Email orders@evtide.com.au with your order number and what you want to do. We reply with a return address and, for anything faulty, a prepaid label. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — parcels that arrive unannounced take longer to match to an order and refund.
